Introduction
Congratulations on choosing the Eye-Pal Ace Plus device.
ABiSee’s Eye-Pal Ace Plus (hereafter referred to as the Ace Plus) is a portable
electronic text-to-speech device. It is compatible with select refreshable Braille
displays, allowing nearly instant conversion of text to Braille. The Ace Plus can be used
to send and receive emails, and to download and read Bookshare books and NFB
Newsline publications. The device can also be used as a multi-tasking daily assistant
for people with visual impairment and those who are blind.
Characterized by a contemporary design with time-tested simple controls, the Ace Plus
has internal speakers, a rechargeable, user-replaceable battery, and a 10-inch built-in
screen. Enjoy reading any printed material such as letters, newspapers and books. The
text is displayed in magnified font and read aloud in a natural-sounding voice. The Ace
Plus can be used as an electronic photo album, magnifying glass, alarm clock, and an
appointment reminder as well.
If you have any questions or suggestions, please contact ABiSee, Inc. at 855-354-4080
